The 1-3-2 configuration, with soft support at the shoulders, firm support at the waist, and medium support at the legs, is well-suited for individuals with a normal or general body shape who experience back pain.

We're based in the US and currently do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada at checkout but we are happy to provide shipping quotes for small items going to Hawaii or Canada. We cannot ship King or Cal King size mattresses to Hawaii or Canada.
- For all mattress models (excluding Kiwami 3.0) - Please allow up to 7 business days to receive tracking information and up to 2-3 week for the delivery. These are considered oversized items that require special handling and freight service.
- For accessories: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information and up to 5-7 business days for delivery. These are considered standard size and are shipped either by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to the firmness of our mattresses, we require a minimum trial period of 14-nights within the full 60-day return policy to ensure you've given your body enough time to adjust to your new Airweave Mattress, Futon, or Topper.
If you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment. Get in touch with us within 60 days from when your item was delivered AND you have tried the product for a minimum of 14 days.
If you choose to return the Customizable Futon for UCLA you will be subject to a $30 transportation service fee.
We pride ourselves in designing the most innovative Futon on the market to improve your sleep. Our unique Airfiber® material will provide the firm support you need but please be aware that some softening due to conforming to body type will occur over the course of time and this may feel different to each customer. When stored in its folded position for extended periods of time, you may also expect to see deterioration at the folds. A proper bed frame that prevents sagging and sufficiently supports the collective weight of the Futon and any foundation is necessary.
Our 3-Year Limited Futon Warranty applies to the following Defects:
- Deterioration causing the Futon to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation.
- Any physical flaw in the Futon that causes the Airfiber® material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Any manufacturing defect, scratch, improper knitting and stains in the zipper assembly of the Futon Cover.
