To ensure you experience the full benefits of Airweave's unique technology, we require you to sleep on your new product for a minimum of 14 days before initiating a return or exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment. Get in touch with us within 60 days from when your item was delivered AND you have tried the product for a minimum of 14 days.

If you choose to return a mattress, futon, or mattress topper you will be subject to a $199 transportation service fee and 15% recycling fee.

Please note that customers can receive a cash refund for their first mattress return, minus a $199 transportation service fee and 15% recycling fee. Any subsequent returns will only be eligible for store credit in the form of an airweave gift card.
