We're based in the US and currently do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada at checkout but we are happy to provide shipping quotes for small items going to Hawaii or Canada. We cannot ship King or Cal King size mattresses to Hawaii or Canada.
- For accessories: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information and up to 5-7 business days for delivery. These are considered standard size and are shipped either by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- For all mattress models (excluding Mattress 70) - Please allow up to 7 business days to receive tracking information and up to 2-3 week for the delivery. These are considered oversized items that require special handling and freight service.
All sales are FINAL for our accessories. If you receive an order that is defective, damaged or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at support@airweave.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for immediate assistance.
