If the cover feels difficult to zip, make sure all core Airfiber® blocks are aligned properly inside the cover and not overlapping. Check that the corners are fully tucked in and the layers are lying flat. Once everything is aligned, the zipper should glide smoothly.
Each Airfiber® block in your mattress has two sides per zone. The firm side feels more structured, while the soft side has a bit more give. For mattresses with multiple layers (like Takumi or Kiwami), you can adjust the feel by flipping or rotating the layers according to the video instructions.
Yes, the outer cover is removable and washable. Simply unzip and remove the cover, then machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry, as heat may damage the fabric. The inner Airfiber® blocks are also completely washable by running under colder water and laying flat to dry.
