on at home.

- Try it at home: Once your item is delivered to
your home, your 30 day trial period begins.

- Decide: If you love it, keep it! At the end of
your trial period, keep what you like and send back the rest. You will only be
charged for what you keep*

*Return shipping costs are referenced in the “Do
I have to pay for return shipping?” section below.

- You can try 1 item at once.

- The Trial Period is 60 nights of restful sleep. To ensure you experience the full benefits of Airweave's unique technology, we require you to sleep on your new product for a minimum of 14 days before initiating a return or exchange..

All trial items are for in
house use only and must be returned in like new condition to qualify for a
refund.

- At the end of your Try Period, if we do not hear
from you then we know you loved your item(s) and you will be automatically
charged.

- If you wish to return your airweave, please

for assistance with your purchase information.

- Yes, absolutely. Simply select the 'Pay Today'
button for items you want to purchase and the & 'Try Before You Buy' button
for items you want to trial.

- Your Try period starts when all of the items
from your Try Before You Buy order are delivered.

- If you change your mind and want to return it -
no problem.

- As long as it falls within our return period,
you can initiate a return the same way you would do so with a regular return

FUTON, & TOP MATTRESS TRIAL

If you choose to return one of the items above, you will
be subject to a $199 transportation service fee and 15% recycling fee. If you
choose to return the airweave Mattress 70, you will be subject to a $475
transportation service fee and 15% recycling fee. Please note that customers
can receive a cash refund for their first mattress return, minus a $199
transportation service fee. Any subsequent returns will only be eligible for
store credit in the form of an airweave gift card.

AIRWEAVE MATTRESS ADVANCED TRIAL

If you choose to
return one of the items above, you will be subject to a $199 transportation
service fee and 15% recycling fee. Please note that customers can receive a

- You can find the
tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is
sent as soon as your items are fulfilled.

- Your order will ship as soon as the order is finished
being prepared and you will receive an email to confirm.
