60-Night Sleep Trial – Mattresses, Futons & Toppers

Sleep Trial Period

We offer a 60-night Sleep Trial on Mattresses, Futons, and Toppers.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to the firmness of our products, we require a minimum trial period of 14 nights within the full 60 night return policy. That way we can ensure you've given your body enough time to try and adjust to your Airweave Mattress, Futon, or Topper.

14-Night Sleep Minimum

We recommend sleeping on your Airweave Mattress, Futon, or Topper for at least 14 nights. It can take time for your body to adjust to the unique support and feel of Airfiber®. Giving it a full two weeks helps ensure you experience its true benefits before considering a return.

Return Fees

A $199 transportation fee and a 15% recycling fee apply to returns of any Mattress, Futon, or Topper.

For the Kiwami 3.0, a $475 transportation fee and 15% recycling fee will apply to returns due to its specialized handling requirements.

Refunds

First-time returns of a Mattress, Futon, or Topper will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus applicable transportation and recycling fees.

For any subsequent returns, refunds will be issued as an Airweave gift card.

Accessories - Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All accessory items (e.g., pillows, sheets, protectors) are final sale.

• If your accessory arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@airweave.us. Keep the item in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges

Exchange Fees

If you're not completely satisfied with your Airweave Mattress, Futon, or Topper and are within the 60-night trial period, you can exchange it for another Airweave product of equal or greater value.

• $199 transportation fee for delivery and removal of the new product.
• Any price difference will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
• White Glove and removal fees from the original order are non-refundable and will apply again.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your Airweave product from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Rakuten)

• The 60-night trial does not apply.
• Products must be returned unused and in new condition.
• A $199 transportation fee and 15% recycling fee apply.
• Contact the retailer directly for their return policy details.

Recycling Fee

Airweave is committed to sustainability.

Airweave is committed to sustainability and responsible product lifecycle management.

Unlike many mattress companies that resell returned mattresses, Airweave takes a different approach. We believe in minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency.

When an Airweave mattress is returned, we recycle the Airfiber blocks, the core component of our product. To offset the costs associated with this environmentally friendly process, we impose a 15% recycling fee.

By choosing to recycle rather than resell, Airweave contributes to a cleaner planet and demonstrates our dedication to sustainable practices.

Additionally, certain states require retailers to collect a small fee at checkout for each mattress sold to fund their recycling efforts. 

States include California ($16.00), Connecticut ($9.00) and Rhode Island ($16.00). The fees are transferred to the state and mandated by law. The Mattress Recycling Council (MRC), a nonprofit organization established by the mattress industry, created and manages the program. The MRC utilizes a network of organizations to effectively pickup, transport and recycle old mattresses within government regulations.
