Return and Refund Policies & Procedures

90 Night airweave Mattress 70, 50, 30, Futon, & Top Mattress Trial

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to the firmness of our products, we require a minimum trial period of 30 nights within the full 90 night return policy. That way we can ensure you've given your body enough time to try and adjust to your airweave Mattress 70, 50, 30, Top Mattress, Top Mattress Luxe, Futon, Portable, or Ritz Paris Collection product. If you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment as long as you get in touch within 90 days from when your item was delivered AND you have tried the product for a minimum of 30 days. If you choose to return one of the items above, you will be subject to a $200 return service fee.Please note that customers can receive a cash refund for their first mattress return, minus a $200 return fee. Any subsequent returns will only be eligible for store credit in the form of an airweave gift card.

30 Night airweave Mattress & airweave Mattress Advanced Trial

The airweave Mattress and airweave Mattress Advanced are subject to a 30 night return policy. If you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment as long as you get in touch within30 days from when your item was delivered. If you choose to return one of the items above, you will be subject to a $200 return service fee.Please note that customers can receive a cash refund for their first mattress return, minus a $200 return fee. Any subsequent returns will only be eligible for store credit in the form of an airweave gift card.

Accessories Return Policy

All sales are FINAL for our accessories excluding the airweave Portable and Ritz Collection products.  

If you receive an order that is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags intact and contact us at support@airweave.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for immediate assistance.

 

Return Procedure

If you wish to return your airweave, please contact support@airweave.us for assistance with your purchase information. Please have your order number, or name on the order handy when contacting us. We will provide further assistance to schedule the removal service of your airweave. For the airweave Mattress 70, 50, 30, Top Mattress, Futon, Portable and Ritz Paris Collection: Please note that a return cannot be initiated before the required minimum 30 night use.  A $200 service fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Hawaii & Canada

Please contact us to begin your return request for any mattress, topper, portable which is under our 90 or 30 night trial policy. We can only refund you if you can donate or recycle the item on your own and provide proof of removal. A $200 service fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your airweave Mattress, Futon, or Top Mattress and are still within the 30 or 90-night trial period, you can exchange it for an airweave product of the same type or greater value. To initiate the exchange process, please call us at 1-800-407-1500.

Please note that there is a $200 processing fee for the delivery and removal of your new mattress; if there is any remaining balance after the additional cost of the processing fee, we will issue a refund. However, if there is a greater balance remaining between the two airweave products, we will invoice you the difference. White Glove and removal fees paid on your original order are non-refundable, and the customer will need to pay again for either service.

3rd-Party Returns

What is the return policy if I purchased an airweave product not from airweave.com?

For purchases made on other websites or stores such as Amazon or Rakuten, we do not offer a 90 night trial. All products must be returned unused, in new condition. A $200 restocking fee applies to any Mattress, Futon or Topper. For any other third party retailer you may have purchased from, please contact the company for details on their policies.

Refund Procedure

Your refund will be in a form of the original payment, less any fees outlined in the Return Policy.

The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.  A $200.00 return service fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

Credits will be issued after the pickup confirmation by our removal service or after the arrival of the item to our warehouse. Should the item be coming back to our warehouse please allow up to 1 week for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
